Father John Bosco has been with our parish for a little over a year now and we enjoy his bright, positive, and humble demeanor in addressing the parish as well as in his interactions with the children of Saint Paul School. He is originally from Uganda and, while his family is so far away, our parish has become a secondary family. My children come home from school beaming at what Father John Bosco taught them that day. He has a childlike love for God and it draws the kids in. So glad to have him as part of our parish!
I could name so many reasons that I appreciate my pastor Josh Winn, but if I had to name just one it would be the amount of time he has taken out of his personal schedule to disciple me in the times I needed it the most. And, though we a now over 700 miles apart; he still takes the time to check in on me and encourage me. He’s been a friend, mentor, a teacher, a pastor, and coach to me and for that I am grateful! Pastor Appreciation ought to be celebrated year round; pour into thier lives as they pour into yours.
