I started a new job this year where I travel everyday. I always keep my planner close by and up to date, but I found I was always adding and deleting events. Now, on Fridays I look at my planner for the next week and I label 5 index cards (I use the 4 X 6 ones), 1 for each day of the week. I then transfer info from my planner onto the corresponding day. Each day I grab the card for that day and look to see what I have planned. When I complete something on the card, I highlight it. If I don't get to something, I mark it off and write it on the next day. If something needs added to my day, I write it down. I have a index card holder that I then file the cards in. It is a great resource to go back and check something.
