Outgoing Mail

At the beginning of each month, I write out the necessary paperwork for the month's bills, and any cards or other correspondence for upcoming birthdays, anniversaries, or any other special occasions that I would be sending. I put these items in the appropriate envelopes, address them and then I place the date when each letter needs to be mailed in the corner where the stamp will go. I arrange these envelopes in order, by the ones that need to be mailed the earliest. That way, they are all ready, and just need to be mailed on the appropriate day.
