Buy up about 6 lbs. ground beef. Make a quick meatloaf put in foil lined bread pan and freeze. The rest of the ground beef can be browned and put in small freezer bags, (I use a food saver). When needed you"ll be step ahead for spaghetti sauce, tacos, hamburger helper or any other recipe that calls for ground beef. Once the meatloaf is froze you can wrap in the same foil and leave in freezer. When ready to use just put back in pan open foil and have a clean pan when through baking.
